- Design and operate the server-side unified auction (Go / Rust)
- Drive down p99 latency while adding demand partners
- Build the price-discovery and floor-optimization pipeline
- Carry the pager for the systems you build
What we're looking for
- 6+ years building low-latency distributed systems in production
- Deep comfort with profiling, load testing, and capacity planning
- Experience with ad tech, trading systems, or another sub-second domain
Nice to have
- Rust in production
- Experience with in-app bidding / OpenRTB
